Personalty: Lance is a really laid back person most of the time. He is fluent in several languages and studied at oxford before he was recruited to the agency. He has more respect for those with abilities then most people in his field. He is the type of person to use diplomacy before violence, and can be very persuasive, due to his advanced degrees in Psychology. He is very easy to talk to and get along with. He knows when he has to be serious, even though it doesn’t seem like it. In a fight he is a master of his emotions and can almost always keep a cool head. It is probably for these reasons he advanced to senior field agent so quickly.

History: As a child, Lance was constantly surrounded by a group of friends. Shortly after the gates appeared Lance’s school in upper class London was the victim of the UK’s first contractor terrorists attack. Most of Lance’s friends were killed in the explosion; Lance was left with a scar down his left arm. As the people started to hate all those with abilities for the indiscretions’ of a few, Lance became aware of mankind’s innate fear of the unknown. It was due to this fact that Lance went into psychology. After getting a PhD. he discovered he disliked not being able to help people out in the real world, so he applied to M-I6, and was accepted quickly. He studied and mastered several weapons and graduated top of his class at the academy.
As he was deployed into the field in London, he completed each assignment almost always flawlessly. He quickly moved up through the ranks, and hadn’t had to use his weapon on duty yet. The first time he fired a bullet, he had killed a contractor who was holding a young child hostage. Though the contractor was killed she managed to kill the child before she died. Lance for the first time in his life lost control of his emotions. He spiraled into alcoholism and his on job performance began to slip. The head of his department along with several friends staged an intervention and lance sobered up. He was able to make it back to almost the way he was before, except now there was something driving him. He vowed never to let anything like the tragedy with the girl ever happen again.
