In the train station

Kasu laid restlessly on top of the train as it sped through the loud tunnels. It was the middle of the night, so not many people were on it right now, but there were still some who liked the night, like some rats that occasionally scurried past him without even looking at him. Even the rats don't care about me... The train came to a screeching halt as Kasu stood up and stretched, then made sure his scythe was still on his back when he had a strange sensation build up in him. What the hell? He quickly and silently teleported from the top of the train to the top of a closed newspaper stand. What the hell was that?

Tenchi was walking through the train station without his mask. he wore his normal school cloths as he held his mask in a backpack he was carring along. he still had his vest underneath his school cloths, but he still looked normal. but, the reason why he was here was because of EPR. he had heard that a new leader had been established and he new the location of that leader. The syndicate new everything, he new everything. but he still needed to act normal. he found a newspaper stand and walked towards it. when he got there, it was closed and had a closed sign on it.

"i was really looking forward to the new today. " he said calmly

he then tapped on the newspaper stand as his head dropped, looking as if he was disappointing.

Kasu stared curiously at the disappointed student. Is he serious? Why the hell would he read a newspaper rather than watch the news? I don't like this... He then stuck his hand in his pocket, retrieving a clean, sharp razor blade. C'mon, don't be a wuss. He bit his lower lip and stuck the blade into his left wrist, watching as the flesh tore open and blood poured out. It dripped onto the sign and down to the ground, but Kasu noticed this already and teleported again, this time into the middle of a crowd. He quickly hid his left arm from sight and watched as the student stood there and waited for his reaction.

tenchi was still looking at the ground in disappointment until the most bizarre thing had happened. he found a drop of blood on the ground near the place he had looked. his disappointing childish face, then vanished as he looked up, there was nothing. so indeed this was the one he was looking for, the transporter. he now had his serious look as he examined were he suspected him once being. Right then a girl had walked up to him and tapped his shoulder.

"you now its closed, are you alright." she then froze in fear as she saw the blood on the ground.

tenchi quickly regained his shy emotions and turned blushing.

"Im so sorry, i had a bloody nose and i didn't want to be embarrassed, but that's kinda to late now.' he said looking at the girl and covering hi nose, acting like it was his own blood.

He then saw her as she looked at the blood on he sign. she was shaking in fear.

"damn it. " he muttered as he kissed her right then.

She was shocked for 10 whole seconds as she actually liked it, though it didn't last long. she then froze up and fell to the ground.

tenchi was just looking at her on the ground for 2 seconds with his serious face, then he changed into a panic.

"help! shes hurt!" he yelled as the crowd of people moved towards the girl.

tenchi then quickly made his way through the crowd as he hoped that the one he was looking for would be separated. he then saw the one he suspected. he saw the man with some blood nearby him. he then looked serious and spoke.

"she had to forget, your pretty sloppy when it comes to hiding your power." he said quietly as his eyes glowed read, neutralizing any more teleportation.

Kasu almost smiled under his mask and turned to face the student. That Bastard... "So your a contractor..." He said in the most depressing voice even he's ever heard. He tried to teleport, but failed and saw Tenchi's eye's flash red. He slowly unhooked the scythe from his back and let the blade drop to the ground, sending sparks everywhere. This got the attention of everyone as they looked at them both, anticipating a fight. He cocked his head tot he side and in a depressingly playful tone, asked "Do you want to play with me?"

tenchi still looked serious as he opened his back pack and took out a mask of his own and a long black cloak, this signifying him as the feared oppressor, the one that had killed many contractors in his life. he then looked at him as the other looked at them. he turned back to the people for a mere second.

"leave." he said calmly.

the people grew in panic as the began to rush out of the train station, he then turned back towards the man and glared at him through his mask that seemed to be smiling.

"play with you? no, i wouldn't mind to ask a question. Are you really the leader of EPR?" he asked calmly as he grabbed his short sword from his back, ready to fight.

"Who says if I am or not?" He stared off into space as he started to walk towards Tenchi, dragging his scythe along the ground and sending sparks everywhere. He finally stopped right next to Tenchi and stared at him with his pitch black eyes through the mask and and finally said something. "What's EPR?" He asked, obviously throwing him off track.

tenchi merely turned his head as he faced the man who was now beside him. he was really getting on his nerves. he had no idea whom he was and whom his connections were. he had sent contractors into the organization on his own before, though most never came back. he suspected them dead, or they had dropped their life in the syndicate and joined this man.

"Are you trying to play dumb with me?" he asked calmly as he pulled a hooked blade out from his cloak, attached to the metallic string and tangled it around the sythe he had dragged.

"i already have heard that someone had taken over the organization and that someone was calling the shots now." he said calmly as he was annoyed that his information might be false, yet he wasn't ready to drop his suspicions

Kasu looked at him curiously through his mask, though really wasn't. "Well, I'm not him." He pulled on his scythe, but the chained sword was tangled around it. God, if I ever meet this guy again, I won't hesitate to kill him... He tugged at the scythe again and continued to stare at Tenchi. He scratched the strap on his mask and continued to look at him, waiting for his response.

tenchi continued to look at him. he the for the first time took of his mask. it reviled his youth and his seriousness. he then looked directly at him.

"do you now who i am, contractor..... I am Sagittarius, or as most of you other contractors have called me, the Oppressor. Do you now what that means. I have killed many contractors in my life and i will not hesitate to kill you." he said calmly as he pulled out his even more famous, gun blade, Final Word.

He pointed it directly at the guys head as the end of the blade was close to his neck. he then seemed to sigh from beneath his mask as the gun dropped. he then slide it back into his cloak as he continued to look at him. he had never not shot Final Word at anyone when he had taken it out. well, there was a first time for everything.

"if your not who i think you are, then why dont you join me. I could really use a man of your ability." he said calmly as he then grabbed the mans head with his arm, " ill tell you a secret if you do, but if you dont ill clear your memory of us meeting." he said calmly

Kasu slowly brought his chin up when the blade was pointed at his neck, but let out a bored sigh. He watched as the blade was brought down, then heard the offer tenchi had proposed. Hiss eyes lit up with ideas behind his mask, but he quickly contained it before Tenchi saw them. Is he serious? This could be a chance... no, my ONLY chance to get behind enemy lines and destroy them from within. He was very careful not to let Tenchi see his reaction and tugged at his scythe once more. "Sure." He said in his usual depressed tone.

tenchi serious face continued as his eyes began to glow once again, substituting the ability he was using for the other..

"wrong answer contractor." he said calmly as his hands also began to glow.

With this power, he would erase every memory of him finding tenchi and him every knowing about anything about them meeting. he couldn't erase anything else because he could find out if this guy was guilty as the leader of that terrorist group. he just kept everything else intact. this would knock him out for a little bit.

"I dont know whom you are, contractor, but i now that most aren't that eager to join us. they simply refuse and fight like most absent minded contractors. though i did promise you a secret. I am tenchi Nakamura, leader of the syndicate." he said as he new he would not remember.

tenchi then couldn't seem to leave the sight of this guy. he may have erased his memory of meeting him, but he still thought that he might as well take him to the syndicate base for him to possibly join. tenchi sighed as he looked at the empty train station. he then took of his cloak as he now was back in his normal school cloths. he then pulled out a cell phone and speed dialed a number.

"Michael, i have a teleportor that has asked to join the syndicate, i erased his memory of meeting me, so he wont have any memories of the syndicate once he meets you. he should still have the same thought of joining though." he said calmly and without emotion as he then hung up the phone.

tenchi then began to walk back to the exit of the train station. he hoped to meet a women to fulfill his contract, maybe meet Michael to make sure he would be coming to pick up this guy. he would wake up soon.

Michael approached Tenchi at the exit of the station. He had a sleeping person with him, so he gave Tenchi a disapointed look. Michael never liked to make people do something against his will, but, he had to act like a leader in public, so, he didnt let people know about his really soft side. He stood directly infront of Tenchi So, what do we have here? he grabbed the sleeping man by the back of his shirt and picked him up You shouldnt be so rude to a future member, Tenchi.

tenchi looked up at him. he was one of the few people he would allow to say his real name. After the incident he had abandoned it, except to the ones he had trusted.

"that is the teleporter. take good care of him." he said calmly as he walked by, "and since we are in public.." he paused, " im sorry, my emotions got in the way of my actions...leader." he said as he took a corner back into the streets.

Kasu's eyes slowly blinked open and he woke up, seeing that he was still in the train station. he rubbed his head in thought, wondering why he couldn't get the one name out of his head. Tenchi Nakamura... Who the hell is that? He tried to stand up, but couldn't, and then realized something. Someone's holding me? He looked up to find that someone actually was. "Who are you?" He asked the man. His hand wandered up to his face, and he breathed a sigh of relief when the mask was still on his face

Michael looked down at him, and smiled. He lifted him onto his feet and patted him down Youll have to forgive me, im normally not so rude. He didnt plan on revealing Tenchi as the leader or why they put on teh whole "Michael as leader" ruse. He just didnt see the point in acting all rude anymore, he hated acting like the leader.

Kasu stared at the man as he set him down and his eyes widened in realization once again. MY SCYTHE!! His hand shot to the metal blade on his back and he was so relieved. "So what the hell is going on?" He asked, keeping his on his scythe.

Michael adjusted his glasses by the frame. I was told youd like to join the Syndicate he smiled. He wasnt sure og he actually wanted to, or if it was another one of Tenchi's tricks. Tenchi liked to "force" contractors to join the Syndicate, or atleast, thast how it seemed. He looked the boy up and down trying to read his movements, you can never be to sure when a random person will try to cut you open, Michael learned this the hard way, multiple times.

Kasu's eyes lit up behind his mask once again, but he didn't let Michael see it. This could be my one opportunity to take the enemy down from the inside!! But I have to keep calm, and gain the trust of everyone first... Kasu looked at Michael with a blank stare, acting like he was in thought. After a couple minutes, Kasu moved his head and was close to smiling. "Sure."

Michael smiled Great! he was happy to have another person in teh Syndicate. Just be ready fro what your getting yourself into hi ssmile faded and he became serious. If you slip up, you WILL die...i can guarantee that. He put his hand on Kasu's shoulder and began to smile again All that aside, welcome

Kasu looked at the man through his eye holes and started to wonder to himself. What are they gonna make me do? And how will they kill me if I screw up? So many questions... "Thanks." He said, slipping his hand into his pocket to make sure the razor was still there. He was relieved when it was and then another question popped into his head. "So what do I do now?"
