Round two (needs Nova Approval)

This forum has been inactive for some time, but me and kasi have decided to bring it back to life. That being said, i believe that it be fair to people hat have already joined to either make a completely new character, or to keep their original one. Also, ranks will be open amongst all the groups, possibly the head of the group position as well. Since many people have also left these forums, you can take the rank of someone who has left the rank empty for a week.
