He usually wears a long sleeved black t-shirt with a lightning pattern and the pants in the pic. He also wears a silver and black cross necklace and a lightning patterned bracelet on his right hand.

Weight: 130 lbs.

Personality: Raikou is a calm and rational individual. He usually doesn't smile or frown and has a straight face. But he will smile if he finds something funny or something nice, although this doesn't happen too often. The same goes for frowning except he'll have to find something sad or annoying. He's incredibly good at maintaning his emotions and is the kind of person that wants results. He doesn't care how he gets results he just wants them. Although if it requires too much sacrifice he'll find another way. He seems like a very boring person and maybe kind of a downer, but if someone gets close to him they'll see he's quite different than he acts... but it'll take alot of time and effort to befriend him.

Power/Abillities: Raikou is able to generate electricity from his body from doing different body gestures. ex: clap, stomp, snap. He can fire it out in a straight line or a zig-zag, he is also able to change it's direction. He is also able to absorb electricity and increase his power. When he absorbs the electricity it increases his electrical power. He doesn't gain any physical power. He can locate large sources of electricity and the general location of a person by detecting their body's electrical signals. But it is quite hard to do so he can only guess the person will be in a mile radius of the location he says. He can even power up objects that require electricity.

Contract Payment: After he uses his power he has to cut a 2-inch deep lightning shape into a part of his body. He can only cut the same part of his body if the other cut has already healed. ex: If he already has a cut on part of his chest he can't cut any part of his chest until the other cut has healed.

History: Raikou was born and raised as an only child in Tokyo. He lived an average life since his dad was an accountant and his mom was a teacher. Raikou did very well in school both academicaly and physichally, he was always the best in his class but wasn't very popular and didn't have any friends. He usually kept to himself and prefered doing something alone, whether it was school work or having fun at the arcade. When he was 13, a few years after hell's gate had appeared he began to develop strange powers and started to learn to use them. When he was 16 his parents were killed in some freak accident that later had been told as an attack from some contractors. Raikou didn't cry, he barely cared. He loved his parents but had barely shown any emotion all his life and decided there was no point in showing some now. But after that day he decided to hunt down contractors and kill them for a sort of revenge, but mostly it was to see how strong he was. A few months after his parents death he was recruited by an orginization called The Syndicate and he decided to join them. He thought it would be a good oppurtunity to learn more about hell's and heaven's gate and to see how much his skills have improved.

RP Sample: Raikou had been sent out on his latest mission to kill a contractor that had been working for The Syndicate and had gone rogue. He tracked him down to an old abandoned factory that used to make household appliances. "I sense him in there... along with some remenant electricity. This should be an easy mission, I have been given kill on sight orders." Raikou walked through the old creaking doors and looked around. It was almost pitch black except for a few patches of light coming in through holes in the wall and roof. Come on out! I know your in there. Raikou stood in silence for a few moments and snapped his fingers sending a blast of lightning in the center of the room illuminating it for a few moments. He found a nearby power switch and powered it up, afterwards he switched it on and some of the lights turned on. He started to hear laughter and the sound of footsteps. He clapped his hands sending a blast of electricity towards the sound of footsteps. He heard a small whimper of pain and saw the rogue contractor step into the light, gripping the right side of his stomach that was smoking. He smiled at Raikou. Well, well, well. El-041. So they sent you after me huh? They must really want me dead. Too bad your not enough to kill me. Raikou dropped his arms to his side so his concealed daggers slide out and he caught them in his hands. Talks cheap Qw- 307. You gonna be able to back those words up? He charged at Qw-307 and sent some electricity into his daggers and slashed at him. Qw-307 moved and began using his power to manipulate Raikou's sense of smell and sight. Raikou closed his eyes and listened carefully, when he heard a sound he quickly turned around and slashed forward sending two lightning bolts that collided with Qw-307. When Qw-307's power wore off he walked over to him and looked down at him. He was badly burned and would probably die in a few hours, a day tops. How did you know? You always were a loud one. Raikou raised the dagger in his right hand and stabbed Qw-307 in the heart, killing him instantly. He cleaned off his dagger and returned them to his concealed locations. As he left he took out his radio and called headquarters. Mission accomplished.

ok, two things

when you say he absorbs electricity and he gains power...what kind of power. physical, speed boost, stronger electricity. make that clear.

and im not sure if detecting people location by sensing their electrical signals would be easy. say that you can but it is difficult to do because of the fact that people dont stay still and concentrating to scene the minor electrical activity in someone would be difficult.
